Your website isn't just for your business, it's also an accurate reflection of my work ethic and skills. If I'm putting my name on something, it should be my best work and something I'm proud of.

I approach every ticket and request with care, passion, and an open-mind. Tickets aren't just a number to me, they're a teaching opportunity. I hope that I can impart some of my passion for technology on the user, and empower them to troubleshoot and resolve their own issues.
